The paper further points out the blatant abuse of provisions under the Act and the arbitrariness of the amendment carried by the Parliament with utter disregard to the repercussions and the destruction of the sanctity of the Constitution of India along with undermining the independence of the judiciary for the sake of appeasement of the minority.
